Looking for potential clients, partners, team members (part and full time), people to discuss new ideas with. We differentiate by using more senior people on our teams, working more collaborate, and actually helping companies to execute on strategy (in addition to helping them to make the right strategies). We’re experts at gathering real on the ground industry insights. We also do a lot of work locally in APAC region and have capabilities around the world. Typical projects may include helping International companies to enter or run their businesses in Japan. So a lot of our projects include a marketing strategy or innovation component. But we’ve done plenty of projects across the spectrum: consumer electronics, finance, manufacturing, defense, consumer, skincare, etc., etc. We work across industries with sixty percent of our business in recent years focused on life sciences. Most with elite academic and career backgrounds. We’re based in Tokyo with over twenty consultants working on projects (over past year), who are bi-lingual in a range of languages.
