(There are actually four different American AAdvantage cards issued by Barclays. You can find out more about collecting and spending Avios, including which purchases are eligible. The Barclaycard AAdvantage Aviator Red Mastercard replaced the US Airways Dividend Miles Mastercard. You also need to keep to the terms and conditions of your account and stay within your credit limit. You won’t collect Avios for any transactions that are later returned or refunded. These include cash withdrawals, wire transfers and buying currency. You’ll collect Avios on new purchases, but not on balance transfers, money transfers and transactions that make up your cash balance. All loans are subject to your financial circumstances and borrowing history at the time you apply. The rate you’re offered may differ from the Representative APR shown and will be based on your personal circumstances, the loan amount and the repayment term. If your circumstances change and you no longer meet the Premier eligibility criteria, we’ll switch your account to the Barclays Bank Account in our Personal Banking service. We'll review your eligibility for Premier Banking regularly. To join Premier Banking, you’ll need to have a minimum of £100,000 in savings or investments with us, or have an annual gross income of £75,000 or more paid into a Barclays current account. You can join Premier Banking if you have an income of £75,000 or £100,000 held with us. To access Barclays Avios Rewards in the Barclays app, you need to be over 18. There’s a £12 monthly fee and you have to opt out of Barclays Blue Rewards and go paperless for all your accounts and services with us. You can opt in to Barclays Avios Rewards if you’re a Premier Banking customer or have a personal Wealth current account with us – you’ll need to register for the Barclays app and have a British Airways Executive Club account too. This is the best ever offer on this card.5 AAdvantage mileage bonus earned every year after your account anniversary date based on the total number of miles earned using your card. 80k+95 offer: earn 80,000 AAdvantage Miles and 95 statement credit after spending 2,000 within the first 90 days.

The AAdvantage Aviator Red card earns 1 mile per 1 spent on all purchases other then those with American Airlines so, with this offer, cardmembers will be able to earn 3 AAdvantage miles for every 1 spent on gas, dining and on purchases. You can spend your Avios and check your total Avios balance through your British Airways Executive Club account. Bonus points will post 6-8 weeks after the end of the promotion.
